Do you offer discount codes?

The product I want is sold out, when will it restock?

FAQ - Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
When will my order ship?
Our warehouse team is working hard to get your orders out quickly! Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, unless stated otherwise.
During peak seasons—such as product launches, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other major sale events—order processing may take up to 7 business days due to higher order volumes.
You can easily check your order status anytime by clicking the “View My Order” button in your Order Confirmation email.

Can I change my order?
Once you place your order we are not able to make changes.

My order says "Delivered" but it has not arrived.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t reached you yet, don’t worry! Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Wait 24 Hours
Sometimes carriers, like USPS, mark packages as “delivered” before they actually arrive. Please wait a full 24 hours before taking further action. - Check for a Parcel Locker or Post Office Hold
Your package might be in a parcel locker or held at your local post office. Double-check the tracking details in your confirmation email for more information. - Ask Your Neighbors
Sometimes packages are delivered to a nearby address by mistake. It’s always worth checking with neighbors or anyone nearby who might have received it. - Contact Your Local Post Office
Share your tracking number with USPS and inquire about your package. Visiting your post office in person often yields the quickest results.
